Sports Day 2012

The Sports Day 2012 was celebrated on 28 Sep 2012 in the campus of the ICL Group of Colleges.

The  Sports Day started with immaculate march past by the participants which was the followed by the declaring the Sports Day open by  Brig NP Sharma, VSM (Retd,) CEO, ICL Group of Colleges

The teams of Management, Engineering (Two teams), Diploma (Two Teams) and a combined team of Architecture and Hotel Management took part in the Sports Day celebrations.

The Track events of 100, 200, 400, 800 and 1500 metres were held for the males and female participants. Besides the relay events in 100 and 200 for the male and female participants were also conducted. The events of Shot put, Javelin and Discuss throw for the male participants were held.

To add fun and flair, the gymkhana games of Sack race, Brick race, Needle and thread race, Spoon race and musical chairs were entertainers for all the games lovers.

The medals were awarded to the winners of the games by the President, ICL Group of Colleges.

The Management College was declared the over all winner in the over all championship by scoring the maximum points in the events.
