Secretary's Welcome 

I being the Secretary extend warm welcome to the students and assure them that they would have rewarding and fruitful stay with the ICL Group of Colleges. The students would be exposed to an atmosphere of academics, professionalism and teamwork, integrated approaches to many complex Engineering challenges, industry influence via high level committees and extensive collaboration with business and government.My target is to equip each and every student of ICL College with the best education and infrastructure  to help them achieve nothing but the best in life.
