phone call to any of the above mentioned committee members, giving the complete
details of the grievances, who will take immediate remedial measures for the
redressal of grievances under intimation to the president. In case, the committee
is not able to take any conclusive decision, the matter may be referred to the
President along with the recommendations of the committee, for final decision.
